PanAway

Since their are so many Essential Oils out there, I have decided to start with one of my favorites. And that oil is PanAway, I have found this oil to be my miracle worker. I will start with a brief story.

In 3 days I pretty much killed my legs without meaning to. Day 1 I did a 3 mile run with hills (not a good idea when you are out of shape). Day 2 did not get any easier with tired muscles went on a 5 mile hike (yes more hills). Day 3 still had some leg functionality went on a 7 mile hike (should have had a rest day). At the time I lived on the second story of an apartment complex so walking up the stairs was not the easiest thing to do. My calf muscles were completely done. When I woke up it felt like I had no legs and any movement hurt my calves. I called my sponsor Billie Jennings (can be found in Contact section) and she suggested to apply PanAway for muscle support, so I did. After about 15 minutes I accidentally moved my legs and they felt great, so I decided to run up and down the stairs and to my surprise I was able to do so. It was like the last 3 days of killing my legs never happened.

So what is in PanAway that caused this to happen? Well the ingredients are below. I have taken this directly from the Young Living website and a link to the page is also below.

Ingredients: Gaultheria procumbens (Wintergreen) leaf oil, Helichrysum italicum flower oil, Eugenia caryophyllus (Clove) bud oil, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) oil.

Its application is topical so you can apply it to the affected area. If needed you can dilute with a carrier oil such as V-6 or Olive.
